Q) Why should I use Logo Brite?

A) We have a vast range of products available with quick delivery and unlike many other merchandising companies we have a team of key people to oversee the entire production process, meaning we are not relying on interpretation of what acceptable quality is – Reward without the risk!

 

Q) What are the minimum order quantities?

A) The minimum order quantities vary from product to product, some products can be as little as one piece!

 

Q) Can you generate the artwork?

A) LogoBrite can generate your artwork for you using our team of graphic designers to return production ready artwork in as little as 12 hours.

 

Q) Do you supply a proof of the artwork?

A) For every order we receive a visual proof is supplied via email. For volume orders we can also supply a physical printed proof sample. Proofs are supplied after order confirmation and delivery dates will be confirmed once the proof is approved.

 

Q) Can you obtain safety approval?

A) Yes, when producing a bespoke item for you, we can get this tested and approved to European standards. Testing can add to lead time of the product but is an essential part of some products.

 

Q) How long will my order take to produce?

A) We use a vast range of suppliers, from many UK, EU and Asia-Pac countries. When you receive a quotation from LogoBrite you will be given the lead time of the product. The only variables that may come into play are adverse weather conditions and other factors such as delays at Customs & Excise.

 

Q) Do you have an ethical buying policy?

A) Yes! LogoBrite Ltd believes in a fair and ethical trading relationship. All of our suppliers conform to Health & Safety, Working Regulations and Ethical Trading Policies. When required we also utilise an independent third party auditing company who can act on both our, and our customers behalf to produce social and ethical audits, production quality control (DUPRO) and safety testing.

 

Q) What are your payment terms?

A) Our trading terms are 30 days from date of invoice, subject to successful credit check.

 

Q) What are your terms and conditions?

A) A full hard copy of the LogoBrite Ltd Terms and Conditions is available upon request. The shipping element of the order is subject to the relevant carrier’s standard Terms and Conditions.
